To maintain the edge and prevent rust, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and drying immediately. Avoid the dishwasher, as high heat and detergent can damage the blade and handle.
Do you offer professional knife sharpening services?
Currently, we do not offer in-house sharpening services, but we carry a wide selection of whetstones, honing steels, and electric sharpeners to help you maintain your blades at home.
What is your return policy for cutlery and cookware?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, used cutlery cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your kitchen tools sooner.
Are your products covered by a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, we are an authorized retailer for all brands we carry. Most of our premium brands, such as Wüsthof and Shun, include a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
