At Cutlery and More, we stand behind the quality of our premium kitchen tools and offer a 60-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. We aim to ensure your kitchen is equipped with only the finest products that meet your culinary standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the cutlery or cookware items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging and place them inside a sturdy shipping box with the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
